As per the UIDAI's new testing and certification policy "The candidates must schedule their test within 6 months of depositing the fee, failing which, their fee shall be forfeited and they shall not be allowed to appear for the test against that fee."

Aadhaar Certification Exam Structure has been revised. The New pattern is in English, Hindi, Marathi, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Odisha, Bangla, Gujarati, Assamese, Punjabi and Urdu. Other languages will be coming soon.

Choosing second language is mandatory at the time of registration. The transliteration question and the passage based question will appear in the second language chosen by the candidate.

How To Apply  
  • Aspirants are required to apply Online through website http://uidai.sifyitest.com. No other means/ mode of application will be accepted.
  • Aspirants are required to have a valid personal e-mail ID. It should be kept active till the completion of the exam process as they may get any notification from the testing / certification agency anytime. Under no circumstances, he/she should share/mention e-mail ID to/ of any other person.
  • In case a Aspirant does not have a valid personal e-mail ID, he/she should create his/her new e-mail ID before applying Online.
  • Download the Fee Payment Challan from the site and Fill in the same in a clear and legible handwriting in BLOCK LETTERS.
  • Go to the nearest State bank of India Branch with the Fee payment Challan and pay, in Cash, the appropriate Application Fee in CBS Account No. 31412528057. with Tidel Park Branch, Chennai in the name & style of “Sify Technologies Limited/UIDAI-TC”.
  • Payment of Application Fee through Demand Draft/ Cheques/ Money Orders/ Postal Orders etc. will not be accepted.
  • Applications once made will not be allowed to be withdrawn or fees once paid will not be refunded on any account.
  • Obtain the Applicant's Counterfoil Copy of the Application Fee Payment Challan duly receipted by the Bank with (a) Branch Name & Code Number, (b) Journal/Scroll number, (c) Date of Deposit & amount filled by the Branch Official.
  • Aspirants are now ready to Apply Online by re-visiting the web site and by clicking the Registration link in http://uidai.sifyitest.com to open up the appropriate Online Application Format.
  • Carefully fill in the details from the Fee Payment Challan in the Online Application Form at the appropriate places. Fill in all other required information. Ensure that all Biodata details are correctly filled in. Click the Submit button. Retain your Registration No. and Password for further reference safely. After applying Online Aspirant must retain the print out of application form for further reference. Please do not send the printout/ fee payment receipt to the Testing and Certification Agency.
  • Original counterfoil of the fee payment challan will have to be submitted with the admit card at the time of written test. Without counterfoil of the fee payment challan the Aspirant will not be allowed to appear in the written test. Aspirants are advised to keep a photocopy of the fee payment challan for future use.
  • The name of the Aspirant or his/her father/husband etc. should be spelt correctly in the application as it appears in the certificates/mark sheets. Any change / alteration found may disqualify the candidature.
